All service payments must be made through approved gateways (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave, PayPal) or manual transfer options where applicable. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include VAT where relevant.
Refunds are processed based on our Refund Policy. Custom services or delivered goods are not refundable once approved or used unless under legal or agreed exceptional circumstances.
Vendors and partners must adhere to marketplace rules, identity tagging, and service delivery timelines. Fraudulent, late, or misleading listings will result in penalties or account suspension. For vendor terms, refer to our Partner Agreement.
Angelic Techs and More provides services “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of results, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users engage at their own risk.
Angelic Techs and More shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our platform or services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions.
Our platform may contain third-party content, services, or links. We do not own or control these third-party entities and are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms. Users engage at their own discretion.
By registering, you consent to receive transactional, promotional, and administrative messages via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or app notifications, in line with your communication preferences set in your dashboard settings.
Users accessing the platform from outside Nigeria are responsible for complying with local laws. International services, pricing, delivery, and taxation may vary based on region. Auto-currency and language tools are provided to support global users.
Angelic Techs and More reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice for violation of these terms, abuse of platform features, fraudulent activity, or behavior deemed harmful to the community or business integrity.
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our platform, you acknowledge and consent to our data collection, usage, and processing practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. All disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
Angelic Techs and More may modify these terms from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with revised dates. Continued use of the platform after such changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
