  • ✅ Clients can request a specific technician, tutor, or vendor based on availability.
  • ✅ Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance for standard services.
  • ✅ Weekend and holiday service requests may attract extra fees.

Auto Booking & Smart Scheduling

Angelic Techs and More uses a smart booking system that recommends the most available staff or vendor for each service based on your location, urgency, and service type. You may choose to:

  • 🔘 Request escalation or a callback before confirmation

Service-Specific Guidelines

Technical & Installation Services
  • 🔧 Site inspection may be required before final pricing.
  • 🧰 Materials and equipment can be supplied by Angelic Techs or client.
  • 📦 Bookings may include a materials quote before approval.
  • 🛠️ Repairs or diagnostics carry a non-refundable visit charge.
Digital Services
  • 💻 Most bookings are handled remotely via secure communication.
  • 📩 Clients will be required to submit clear briefs and goals upfront.
  • 📆 Turnaround timelines are discussed and agreed post-booking.
  • ✅ Revision requests are handled based on the chosen package or plan.
Tutoring & Language Lessons
  • 📚 Sessions may be physical (Nigeria-only) or online (global).
  • 📅 Clients can schedule based on tutor availability.
  • 🔁 Recurring bookings attract discounts or bundled plans.
  • 📜 Certification or completion badges may be issued based on course type.
Event & Catering Services
  • 🎪 Requires detailed intake form and possible follow-up call.
  • 🍽️ Logistics, staffing, menu, and vendor planning handled post-booking.
  • 📍 Only available in select regions; check availability before booking.
Hybrid or Custom Services
  • 🔄 Involves two or more categories (e.g., fashion + logistics).
  • 📞 Follow-up is required to finalize expectations and timelines.
  • 📝 Clients are advised to use the Custom Request Form where applicable.

Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Show Policies

Rescheduling Policy
  • 🕒 Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
  • 🔁 One (1) free reschedule allowed per booking. Further changes may incur charges.
  • 📅 Some bookings (e.g., Events, Catering) require at least 72 hours notice.
Cancellation Policy
  • ❌ Cancellations made:
    • More than 24 hrs in advance: Full refund (minus processing fee)
    • Within 24 hrs: 50% refund may apply (depending on service type)
    • Last-minute or post-visit: No refund
  • 💬 Clients are advised to contact support for cancellation-related disputes.
No-Show & Lateness
  • ⏰ A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for physical appointments.
  • 🚫 Clients who miss an appointment without notice may forfeit their payment.
  • 📩 Service providers have the right to reschedule if client is unreachable or location is inaccessible.
  • 📢 In the event of provider delay or failure, client will be contacted and rescheduled or refunded appropriately.

Disclaimers & Dispute Resolution

Service Guarantee

While Angelic Techs and More strives to provide the best-in-class services, some outcomes may depend on third-party or environmental factors. Services are delivered on a best-effort basis unless otherwise stated in a written contract.

Liability Limitation

Angelic Techs and More shall not be held liable for:

  • Client-side infrastructure limitations
  • Third-party disruptions or force majeure events
  • Losses incurred due to incorrect booking data or insufficient communication
